After a deadly bombing targeting Americans in Saudi Arabia, a FBI squad travels to the crime scene to gather evidence. Once they arrive, the U.S. agents (an ensemble that includes Jamie Foxx as the group’s leader) learn that in these parts, they are the true enemy.
