This movie got popularity in the Europe and America but fails to gain popularity in the homeland, India. This movie was banned in Nepal because of historical issue. According to this movie, Lord Gautam Buddha was born in India whereas Buddha was born in Lumbini. So, because of this fact this movie was banned in Nepal. Even though this movie couldn't gain a lot, I like the acting of the Deepika Padukone in the film. Its an average movie.
