In 1966, while the BBC played only two hours of rock ‘n’ roll each week, a group of rogue British DJs set up a pirate radio station on a tiny boat in the North Sea and broadcast the generation-defining music to millions. The DJ crew of this hard-rockin’ comedy includes boss Quentin (Bill Nighy), the Count (Philip Seymour Hoffman), Gavin (Rhys Ifans) and Dave (Nick Frost). Eager to sink the party is British Minister Dormandy (Kenneth Branagh).
